If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from Talksy, please follow one of the methods below.
Option 1: In-app Deletion Open the Talksy app, go to Settings, and select “Delete Account.”
Option 2: Email Request Send us an email at support@bbrewtech.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account.
Types of Data Deleted or Retained
Data that will be Permanently Deleted:
- Login credentials
- Uploaded files and activity logs
- Any other personal data not listed as “retained” below
Data that may be retained:
- Payment and billing records: We may retain these for legal and tax obligations for up to 6 years.
- System backups: Securely stored and automatically removed within 30 days.
Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
How to Delete the App from your Phone
- Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically delete your account or personal data. To remove the app from your device, please follow the standard procedure for your phone’s operating system.
On an iPhone (iOS):
- Tap and hold the app icon.
- Select “Remove App.”
- Confirm by tapping “Delete App.”
On an Android device:
- Tap and hold the app icon from your home screen or app drawer.
- Drag the icon to the “Uninstall” option at the top of the screen.
- Confirm by tapping “OK.”
